Bristol-based technology company, Kurve which specialises in providing electronic self-service PoS (Point of Sale) solutions to the hospitality sector, has acquired pointOne, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of both companies.
Combining the resources and expertise of both businesses, this strategic acquisition reaffirms the companies’ collective mission to continue supporting businesses, drive innovation and shape the future of the hospitality industry.
Steven Rolfe, co-founder and CEO at pointOne will take over the reins from Steve Boyes as CEO at Kurve, whilst Steve Boyes will move into a chairman role.
