MicroCare Builds its Team with Two New Hires

MicroCare, a manufacturer of critical cleaning, coating and lubrication products, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new team members. Dr Kimberley Dilts has joined MicroCare as Global Regulatory Manager and Dylan Griswold has joined as Senior Sourcing Analyst.

Dilts is responsible for ensuring that the MicroCare portfolio of products complies with global chemical control legislation. With a PhD in Chemistry and extensive knowledge of GHS (Globally Harmonised System) classifications, Dilts is experienced in managing ongoing chemical compliance and worldwide regulations which continue to require regular updates.

Emily Peck, Senior Chemist, MicroCare, said, “We are delighted to welcome Dr Dilts to MicroCare. She brings a wealth of experience to the role and will ensure that MicroCare fully observes all local, regional and global regulations to make certain that all information, including data sheets and labels, is always up to date and compliant. She is a great asset to the company.”

Dilts added, “I’m happy to be joining the MicroCare team and I’m looking forward to helping the company grow.”

To further enhance in-house expertise, MicroCare welcomes Dylan Griswold to the sourcing and procurement team. Having held a similar post as a buyer at Savage Arms for nearly six years, Griswold is responsible for overseeing vendor relationships and improving the supply chain operations of the business.

Jim Gluck, Senior Procurement Manager, MicroCare, said,  “We are very pleased to have Dylan on board. With his talent and enthusiasm, he will fulfil the role perfectly and help to manage the purchasing and material planning for our global production and operations.”
