New AppSuite version from eyefactive

Interactive touchscreen provider eyefactive has announced the latest version of its multi-touch content management software AppSuite. The most relevant new feature is a touch analytics platform in the cloud that provides detailed information about the usage behaviour of interactive software projects.

Now all user interactions on the device can be recorded and evaluated in various business intelligence tools such as Microsoft PowerBi or Adobe Analytics – from the first touch on the display to the completion of the purchase. This makes multi-touch screens an enormously powerful KPI tool for analysing projects and optimising the return on investment.

At the point of sale, for example, retailers can use smart touchscreen solutions with analytics to collect valuable data on customer behaviour, preferences and customer loyalty in stores. This data can then be used to make informed decisions to improve the in-store shopping experience and optimise return on investment. With retail analytics, retailers can optimise the customer experience while remaining competitive in a data-driven industry.

In addition to the implementation of analytics, further functions and performance improvements have been implemented to ensure even smoother and more stable operation of touchscreen software projects.
